About Me
Starting at the age of 8, I would spend a lot of time on the keyboard learning classical music and trained myself to have a good ear for music. As the years progressed, so did my curiosity, knowledge, and equipment. I would read books on production and took courses to learn how to sound engineer and eventually, became sufficient at synthesis.
My expertise is analog/digital software/hardware synthesis and I spend the majority of my days learning new ways to achieve sounds that breathe, have texture, and create a presence that fits in most modern films and videos.
I have been the main sound engineer for musicals, talent shows, and theater performances where I got to see the digital software come to life in the form of actual hardware equipment. The learning curve was not difficult because I was used to routing and knew how to run the equipment. In fact, I found the hardware to be a lot easier and hands on compared to the digital software I was used to.
I’ve built home studios and have worked for local studios in the DFW, Texas area where I learned how to be collaborative and work under constraints of deadlines and expectations.
My goal in music is to create until I can no longer create anymore. I am driven by passion and it’s always been this way. My knowledge in this field continues to grow.
